in reference to vandals parents being held responsible thats BS what are parents supposed to do sit up all night and keep watch on their children if you beat the devil out of them then dfacs is breathing down your neck and the kids no this they know they have it made parents aren't allowed to discipline children anymore but when they do something wrong who gets blamed? the parents!!!!
