Rockmart Police Chief Keith Sorrells said police were still working the wreck at 3 p.m. A medical transport helicopter tok one driver to an Atlanta hospital.
The identity of the deceased person has not been released.
Sorrells said the two-vehicle wreck included a car and a tractor trailer.
