Willie Nelson plays at the Rome Forum tonight

The Red-headed stranger, country legend Willie Nelson, plays The Forum tonight starting at 8 p.m. Nelson and his crew played at The Forum in 2010 and return with new music as well as some old favorites. The singer-songwriter’s storied career in country music has made him an icon, racking up number one hit singles and albums for decades. In recent concerts, Nelson’s set list has included music spanning his entire career including such beloved hits as “On the Road Again,” “Whiskey River,” “Blue Eyes Cryin’ in the Rain,” “Always on My Mind” and “Mamas Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys.”

His recent concerts have also included a couple gospel tunes including “I’ll Fly Away” and “Will the Circle Be Unbroken” as well as covers of well known tunes such as “Me and Bobby McGee” and “Georgia On My Mind.”
