The following people were arrested on the dates and charges listed according to the Polk County Jail docket reports and are currently at the Polk County Jail.

Jackie Isiah Bridges, 48, of 908 Shiloh Road, Esom Hill, was arrested June 22 on charges of driving with a suspended license, failure to maintain lane, driving without proper tag, DUI and possession of drug related objects.

Franklin Steven Burnley, 37, of 433 Clearwater Street, Rockmart, was arrested June 25 on charges of aggravated battery and false imprisonment.

Kendrick Brock Couch, 25, of 952 Shiloh Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 24 on charges of reckless driving, no tail lights, failure to stop at stop sign, unlawful use of central lane, passing in no passing zone, driving too fast for conditions, driving with no license, speeding and attempting to elude police officer.

Quartare Roshan Darden, 31, of 801 Davenport Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 25 on charges of failure to drive in a single lane and DUI.

Michelle Angela Desilva, 48, of 221 Creekside Drive, Rockmart, was arrested June 26 on a charge of theft by deception.

Otis Dustin Ferguson, 25, of 178 Lowery Road, Rockmart, was arrested June 23 on charges of contempt of court -child support, two counts of bond drop, terroristic threats and acts under the Family Violence Act (F.V.A.), battery, riot in a penal institution.

Thomas Dean Henderson Jr., 29, of 147 North Broad Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 21 on charges of burglary and two counts of failure to appear.

Juan Hernandez, 29, of 634 Georgia Avenue, Cedartown, was arrested June 23 on charges of driving without a license and having two juveniles riding in bed of truck.

Rachel Nichole Jones, 22, of 192 Brenda Circle, Rockmart, was arrested June 25 on charges of theft by taking and forgery.

Autumn Dell McDonald, 41, of 23 Attaway Drive, Cartersville, was arrested June 24 on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession of drug related object, driving with suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident and no insurance.

Cecil Lamar Summerville, 63, of 3267 Rockmart Road, Rockmart, was arrested June 22 on a charge of methamphetamine possession.

Daryl Bernard Wofford, 52, of 308 Herbert Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 24 on charges of disorderly conduct and probation violation.

Lance Allen Ballenger, 27, of 46 Fairview Glenn, Dallas, was arrested June 23 on charges of failure to maintain lane and DUI.

Mark Wayne Bentley, 20, of 1237 Youngs Farm Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 21 on charges of simple assault and criminal trespass both under the F.V.A. and interference with a 911 call.

Lacretia Dyoka Boozer, 44, of 416 Thompson Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 26 on charges of disorderly conduct and theft by shoplifting.

James Michael Chieves, 22, of 2065 Potash Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 23 on charges of permitting unlicensed person to drive, drug possession and drugs not in original container.

James Alan Childers, 24, of 14 Fatefuller Road, Dallas, was arrested June 23 on a charge of entering an automobile.

Efrain Ramos Chun, 31, of 690 Slusser Avenue, Cedartown, was arrested June 26 on a charge of driving without license.

Shelbie Lynn Davenport, 35, of 538 Luckie Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 22 on charges of battery and second-degree cruelty to children both under the F.V.A.

Carolaine Elizabeth Duncan, 49, of 256 Tuck Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 25 on charges of public drunkenness and soliciting a ride.

Virgil Edwards, 40, of 820 Wilson Street, Rockmart, was arrested June 23 on charges of driving with no license, following too closely, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, failure to obtain tag within 30 days and DUI.

Cody A. Ferguson, 17, of 507 Chubbtown Road, was arrested June 25 on charges of two counts of theft by shoplifting – party to a crime.

Travis V. Ferguson, 25, of 507 Chubbtown Road, was arrested June 25 on charges of two counts of theft by taking.

Larry Joe Harrell, 45, of 120 Berry Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 24 on charges of battery, kidnapping and false imprisonment.

Juan Hernandez, 21, of 1106 Oakland Avenue, Rome, was arrested on June 24 on charges of driving with a busted brake light, driving with busted windshield and driving with no license.

Celia M. Hindmon, 51, of 3720 Antioch Road, Cedartown, was arrested on June 20 on charges of reckless conduct and DUI.

Tanya Lea Hise, 37, of 256 Tuck Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 25 on charges of public drunkenness and soliciting a ride.

James Michael Johnson, 48, of 72 Portland Circle, Aragon, was arrested June 24 on charges of not using turn signal and driving with suspended license.

Desiree Ann Lee, 30, of 357 Sherwood Morgan Drive, Rockmart, was arrested June 22 on charges of burglary – party to a crime, criminal trespassing and theft by receiving stolen property.

Michelle Leigh Murrieta, 24, of 58 Poke Street, Rockmart, was arrested on June 25 on a charge of driving with suspended license.

Robert Lee Owens, 79, of 75 Gin Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 25 on a charge of driving with suspended license.

Juan Jesus Paramo, 18, of 227 Chestnut Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 23 on charges of failure to maintain lane and driving with suspended license.

Antonio Mejia Perez, 36, of 170 Irwin Street, Cedartown was arrested June 23 on charges of speeding, window tint and driving with no license.

Guy Anthony Robinson, 37, of 99 Barber Road, Rockmart, was arrested on June 25 on charges of false or secret compartment, possession of tools for the use in crime, hazardous materials, theft by taking and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Alysha Nicole Snell, 17, of 2365 Cartersville Highway, Rockmart, was arrested June 25 on a charge of affray.

Mitchell Travick, 51, of 404 Edna Street, Cedartown was arrested June 21 on charges of driving with withdrawn license and no headlights.

Paul Richard Vannus, 58, of 256 Tuck Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 25 on a charge of battery under the F.V.A.

Christopher Shawn Vaughn, 41, of 70 Benedict School Road, Cedartown, was arrested on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property.

Jason Dennis Watkins, 31, of 13 Magnolia Street, Aragon, was arrested June 25 on charges of theft by taking and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Walter Curtis Ray Wilmoth, 18, of 135 Carol Path, Dallas, was arrested June 22 on charges of possession of alcohol under the age of 21 and second degree criminal damage to property.
