Cedartown’s Covenant Christian School took part in a balloon release honoring the victims of the Sandy Hook school shooting on Monday, Dec.

moment of silence and prayer. “It is such a tragedy,” said CCS

Director Kim Lamboy. “We’re not sure if the students fully understand but they do know the children and teachers are in a better place.”
