A domestic incident lands a Cedartown man in jail on multiple charges, according to reports.
The Polk County Jail docket book lists Nathan Allen Holland, 36, of 90 Breckenridge Drive, Cedartown, as being arrested July 24 on charges of rape, sexual battery, criminal damage to property, battery, kidnapping and false imprisonment, all under the Family Violence Act.
He is also charged with terroristic threats, theft by taking and interference with a 911 call.
Holland was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Office deputies on behalf of the county police department.
According to Polk County Police Department reports, the incident happened July 17.
Reports state officers were called to Holland's Breckenridge Drive home around 7 p.m. to handle a domestic violence altercation.
Reports give no details of the incident, but only state that an officer spoke to the victim and gathered information for the report.
