Cedartown man arrested on numerous charges including rape and sexual battery

The Polk County Jail docket book lists Nathan Allen Holland, 36, of 90 Breckenridge Drive, Cedartown, as being arrested July 24 on charges of rape, sexual battery, criminal damage to property, battery, kidnapping and false imprisonment, all under the Family Violence Act.
He is also charged with terroristic threats, theft by taking and interference with a 911 call.
Holland was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Office deputies on behalf of the county police department.
According to Polk County Police Department reports, the incident happened July 17.
Reports state officers were called to Holland's Breckenridge Drive home around 7 p.m. to handle a domestic violence altercation.
Reports give no details of the incident, but only state that an officer spoke to the victim and gathered information for the report.

Our law Officers do a great job,we thank them.Now if our sorry D/A will do his this Junk will be put away where he belongs.If hes got any money the D/A will have him out before supper.Where is the white sheets when we need them?
